Job summary

RareMed is hiring a Patient Care Liaison in Coraopolis, PA for a full-time, hybrid role. You will be the primary contact for patient support, handling shipment set-up, inquiries, and escalations with a focus on timely therapy access.

The position requires 2+ years in healthcare/insurance with strong communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Shift: 11:30am-8pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmacy/healthcare or insurance with customer service focus.
• Comfortable working in an entirely telephonic position.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for patient support, shipment set-up, inquiries, and escalations.
• Complete assigned work in accordance with SOPs and service levels for enrollment, inquiries and access to therapies.
• Processing of patient and prescriber requests to ensure timely access to therapy.
