Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients by phone to establish rapport, provide information, and coordinate next shipment of medication.
• Coordinates with order management and fulfillment teams to address concerns and ensure compliance.
• Receives direction from pharmacists and leadership regarding specialty call compliance programs.
• Engages in additional projects and activities as assigned.
