Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate clearly by phone and email.
• Experience in pharmacy/healthcare or insurance helps.
• Focus on patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for patient support, shipment setup, inquiries, and escalations.
• Process program enrollment, respond to inquiries, and coordinate access to therapies.
• Handle patient and prescriber requests to ensure timely access to therapy.
• Resolve general inquiries for patients and prescribers.
• Enter data and intake enrollment forms and prescriptions from providers.
• Research cases with professional judgment and escalate as needed.
• Maintain frequent contact with internal teams to resolve requests.
• Provide white-glove customer service and timely issue resolution.
• Support referral processing from intake to triage of prescriptions.
• Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and use time efficiently.
• Foster collaborative internal and external relationships.
