Job summary

This role focuses on proactive outreach, patient inquiries about referral status, shipment set-up, and prescription processing, collaborating with Pharmacy Operations, Care Coordinators, and Case Managers to support the patient journey.

The role is full-time with an 11:30am-8pm shift Monday-Friday, offering a hybrid work structure with in-office needs near Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or high school diploma with 2+ relevant prior work experience.
2+ years of experience in a pharmacy, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background.
Comfortable working in an entirely telephonic position.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for patient support, shipment set-up, inquiries, and escalations.
Complete assigned work in accordance with SOPs and service levels to enroll patients and coordinate access to therapies.
Process patient and prescriber requests to ensure timely access to therapy.
Support general inquiry resolution for patients and prescribers.
Data entry and intake of enrollment forms and prescriptions from HCP offices.
Research cases with high-level problem-solving and professional judgment.
