Qualifications

• Healthcare experience with patient access and EMR work preferred.
• Two years healthcare experience preferred; one year required.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and email.

Responsibilities

• Enter referrals into EMR and verify Medicaid eligibility.
• Coordinate services by contacting physicians and families.
• Maintain medical records with accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management and clinical staff.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
