Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a Parts Support Specialist based in Camden, NJ, with a hybrid work arrangement (remote 2 days/week after 90 days). You will respond to retailers, verify part availability, and resolve policy and warranty questions while coordinating with Inventory Planners, RDCs, and field teams.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and knowledge of STIS/EPC catalogs, plus 4–6 years of experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving and follow-through abilities.
• Familiarity with parts policies, warranties and ordering processes.
• Experience with catalog systems and STIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide updated part availability information by coordinating with Inventory Planners, RDCs and regional teams.
• Triages and resolves retailer requests for parts, accessories and recall items, weighing policy and cost.
• Evaluate and resolve rental authorizations via email and SOA system.
• Respond to retailer inquiries on defective or mis-packaged parts and pursue resolutions.
• Utilize EPC/Snap-On and STIS to specify correct parts for retailer inquiries.
• Collaborate with PIC team to resolve open/hard-to-resolve issues.
• Assist with ad hoc PIC projects like data extraction and research topics.
