Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Parts Customer Service Account Coordinator to process all parts requests for the US, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Central and South America. The role requires on-site work at our corporate office with training lasting about 3-4 months, after which one remote workday per week may be permissible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
• Six months or more of related customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls (average 300 weekly).
• Respond to emails from service agents, end users, dealers and sales force regarding parts.
• Quote part numbers, costs and stock requests across all True Manufacturing companies.
• Take credit card orders.
• Track parts shipments.
• Quote parts inventory and lead time.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence with possible one remote workday per week after training.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
