Qualificações

• 3+ years in field marketing, partner management, alliances, or channel sales.
• Proven track record building high-impact partnerships that drive revenue.
• Experience owning a budget and reporting ROI for a marketing channel.
• People management experience or readiness to manage a direct report.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executive presence.
• Highly strategic thinker with operational chops.
• Comfortable cross-functional influence across sales, marketing, and product.
• Experience with veterinary buying groups, GPOs, or industry associations a plus.
• 25% travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end strategy and performance of both channels — day-to-day management and long-term growth planning for strategic partnerships.
• Manage and define the annual partner budget, forecasting, and ROI reporting to ensure channels are resourced to perform.
• Identify, source, and onboard new partners that align with PetDesk's growth strategy (vet groups, buying groups, industry associations).
• Develop and deliver partner training and enablement programs so partners can confidently represent PetDesk's value proposition.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to activate partnerships and deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Serve as the strategic advisor and point of escalation for partner issues and represent PetDesk at events and joint initiatives.
• Track and analyze performance across partnerships — partner health and channel KPIs — and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and industry events to inform strategy and value creation.
