Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Partner Recruiting & Integration Coordinator to support the firm’s global partner recruiting and lateral integration efforts. The role focuses on process coordination, data management, reporting, and improving operational efficiency.

The position can be located in Boston, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule (three days in-office, two days remote). Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service orientation and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to senior leadership.
• Maintain recruiting and integration data, reports, and tracking tools.
• Prepare management presentations and operational reports for leadership.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support onboarding for incoming lateral partners and the integration program.
• Manage expense processing and track related budgets.
