Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP seeks a Manager, Partner Engagement to support partners across their careers from offices in Philadelphia, Washington, New York or Boston. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Employee Engagement and drives partner development, retirement and career transition initiatives.

The role partners with leadership and talent-facing teams to deliver programs, resources and communications that enhance the partner experience and align with firm priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in talent or leadership development, or related field.
• Experience in a law or professional services firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve partner development initiatives across career stages.
• Lead planning and execution of development programs including content, speakers, communications and logistics.
• Establish objectives, timelines, roles and measures of success.
• Support Upward Feedback and coach engagements with internal and external partners.
• Develop resources and presentations for senior audiences and leaders.
