Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience, familiarity with QuickBooks (Enterprise preferred), and strong Excel skills. The position offers part-time hours (~20 per week) with potential growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years accounting experience, including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Associate degree or higher in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks; QuickBooks Enterprise is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity while verifying results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and monthly accounting activities with offshore team.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable for accuracy.
• Prepare month-end close deliverables and intercompany schedules.
• Maintain compliance calendars for sales tax, 1099s, and filings.
• Suggest and implement process improvements using AI tools.
