Job summary

Divine Care Spaces in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Nurse Supervisor for a small assisted living home accommodating up to five residents. The RN will provide clinical oversight, complete required assessments, support medication management, supervise delegated nursing tasks, update service plans, and guide staff with clinical decisions.

Many tasks can be completed remotely when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living, home care, or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Minnesota assisted living requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident nursing assessments and reassessments.
• Review and update service plans.
• Oversee medication management and related concerns.
• Provide RN delegation and supervision to unlicensed staff.
• Train staff on delegated tasks and documentation.
• Maintain survey-ready clinical documentation and contact families.
