Highland Park Gracewood Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor/RN for a full-time AM shift. You will lead our care team to deliver high‑quality service to residents and their families, complete pre-screens and assessments, and ensure orders are followed accurately.

Qualified candidates hold Minnesota RN licensure, demonstrate strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, and have experience in assisted living or memory care.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota nursing license (RN).
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to ensure high-quality service for residents and families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments for new and current residents.
• Follow up on physician orders and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Assisted Living Director and admissions team.
• Provide ongoing staff training and development.
• Maintain clinical systems and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful manner with residents and families.
• Support residents with dementia or related diagnoses.

Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
• Follow up to physician's orders
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
• Provide on-going training to staff
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
• Ensure survey readiness at all times
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.
