Divine Care Spaces in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Nurse Supervisor for a small assisted living home accommodating up to five residents. The RN will provide clinical oversight, complete required assessments, support medication management, supervise delegated nursing tasks, update service plans, and guide staff with clinical decisions.

Qualifications

Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) – Part‑Time Salaried

Job Overview

Divine Care Spaces is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as the Clinical Nurse Supervisor for our small assisted living home in Brooklyn Park, MN.

We are a residential-style assisted living facility with a maximum of 5 residents. This is a flexible, low‑hour position that is a great fit for an RN looking for supplemental income and a smaller, more personal care setting.

The RN will provide clinical oversight, complete required assessments, support medication management, supervise delegated nursing tasks, update service plans, and provide clinical guidance to staff.

The position generally requires one brief on‑site visit per week, with additional visits as needed. Many administrative and clinical responsibilities may be completed remotely when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete resident nursing assessments and reassessments
• Review and update service plans
• Oversee medication management and medication‑related concerns
• Provide RN delegation and supervision to unlicensed staff
• Train and support staff on delegated tasks, medication administration, documentation, and resident care needs
• Review incident reports, changes in condition, and clinical concerns
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and pre‑admission review
• Communicate with families, providers, pharmacies, case managers, and facility leadership as needed
• Maintain accurate and survey‑ready clinical documentation
• Provide reasonable phone support to staff for urgent clinical questions or resident care concerns
• Complete appropriate clinical and administrative work remotely when permitted

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
• Assisted living, home care, long‑term care, waiver services, or similar experience preferred
• Knowledge of Minnesota assisted living requirements preferred
• Experience with medication management and RN delegation preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently

Schedule & Pay

• Part‑time salaried position
• $18,200 per year
• $700 gross biweekly
• Generally one on‑site visit per week, typically 1–2 hours
• Flexible scheduling
• Additional on‑site visits as clinically necessary
• Remote clinical and administrative work permitted when appropriate
• Reasonable phone availability for staff consultation
