Job summary

Visiting Angels of St Cloud, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to supervise caregiver staff and oversee client plans of care in home settings. The RN ensures compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and agency policies, reporting to the Director of Nursing, and participating in on-call rotations as required.

The role requires an active Minnesota nursing license, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate care across multiple clients within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Currently registered/licensed with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Two years of nursing experience in home care preferred.
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly in English (oral and written).
• Valid driver with reliable transportation.
• Proficient with necessary technologies and softwares.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff.
• Conduct client assessments to determine care needs.
• Develop and oversee Plan of Care for different clients.
• Initiate and revise Plan of Care as needed.
• Explain Plan of Care to client and family.
• Instruct or supervise caregivers in personal care tasks.
• Maintain a safe environment for clients.
• Respond to and resolve client complaints or concerns.
• Manage weekend on-call as directed.
• Conduct in-home supervisory visits in accordance with guidelines.
