Job summary

Cottage Grove II White Pine Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead our care team and ensure high-quality service for residents and families. The role reports to the leadership team and includes supervising staff, coordinating admissions/readmissions, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

The position requires MN nursing licensure, strong leadership, and experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents.
• Follow up to physician’s orders.
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions.
• Provide on-going training to staff.
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
