Cura-Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, LA, with the Courtyard of Natchitoches Nursing Home connected. As an on-site/remote hybrid role, you will assess nutritional needs, implement interventions, and collaborate with the care team to improve residents' quality of life.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passes the CDR national examination or eligible per the Academy.
• Maintains 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies for dining and nutrition.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement programs.
