Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for a hybrid role at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, LA. You’ll assess nutritional needs, intervene to optimize status, and improve quality of life for patients/residents.

Schedule: 16–20 hours weekly, some on-site, some remote, covering NRMC and connected nursing home. The role requires a Bachelor’s in nutrition, a Master’s preferred, and appropriate licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (or related field) is required.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field is preferred.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements and CDR eligibility.
• Complete continuing education as required by CDR every five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to care teams and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to develop dining and nutrition procedures.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement programs.
