Job summary

Cicatelli Associates Inc in New York, NY is seeking a part-time Continuing Education Associate to support clinical education programs, coordinate CE requests, and prepare reports within a hybrid office/remote schedule.

The CE Associate will manage Learning Stream events, prepare materials, and assist with data reporting and curriculum design, contributing to health education across HIV, reproductive health, and related public health issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required.
• Minimum of 1 year project coordination of health programs.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of public health, medical terminology, and measuring/evaluating learning outcomes.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create/update program events in Learning Stream.
• Develop marketing materials for CE programs.
• Manage CE request trackers and communicate with project teams.
• Prepare forms, post-tests and certificates for training teams.
• Manage learner inquiries and logistics.
• Maintain records and enter data into the organizational database.
• Administer and report data from 3-month post-training surveys.
• Assist with planning CE Department meetings and streamline processes.
• Produce trainings via Zoom, including slides, breakout rooms, polls.
• Other duties as necessary.
