Job summary

Cicatelli Associates Inc. in New York, NY, seeks a Curriculum and Materials Development Specialist to design innovative curricula and learning tools for national FQHC networks.

The role translates clinical content into engaging, practice-ready learning experiences across NTAP programs. The position requires advanced credentials in education or instructional design and expertise in online training, with a focus on accessibility and adult learning theory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in education, instructional design, public health, or health-related field and/or 4 years in curriculum development.
• Strong editing and research skills.
• Experience designing online training, in-person training, or webinars.
• Knowledge of adult and cognitive learning theories.
• Experience developing training products for health-related fields (trainer manuals, playbooks, toolkits, slides, storyboards).
• Experience developing 508-compliant live/animated videos and storyboards.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative curricula, resources, and tools for CAI's national program.
• Lead development of curricula, webinars, and e-learning modules with experts.
• Write manuals, worksheets, and materials to support learning collaboratives.
• Ensure curricula meet 508 and instructional design standards; perform QA.
• Storyboard e-learning modules and select interactive exercises.
• Collaborate with Communications and content experts to improve materials.
• Monitor trends to adopt new formats and technologies.
• Support CAI growth and impact with strategic project alignment.
