Qualifications

• Minimum three years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.

• Strong legal research, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with legal databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and amend diverse legal documents for attorney review, including corporate resolutions and real estate documents.
• Prepare, file, record documents to protect security interests and maintain good standing for affiliates.
• Prepare responses to summonses, subpoenas, and public records requests for counsel review.
• Perform legal research and support activities across business functions.
• Ensure accuracy and understanding of statutes and program requirements.
• Coordinate corporate filings and maintain records.
• Attend in-person meetings, coordinate document execution, and manage records.
