Hasbro, Inc. is seeking a motivated Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join our Legal Department in Rhode Island, supporting employment, litigation, corporate securities, and commercial law across a global organization.

The role becomes onsite at Hasbro's Boston HQ (Tue–Thu) and Pawtucket RI or temporary Boston locations until the Boston site opens. You will draft, review, and manage a broad range of corporate and commercial documents, assist with SEC filings and governance, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years paralegal experience in corporate securities, or commercial transactions.
• Associate's degree or paralegal certificate; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and teamwork.
• Ability to work with attorneys, Finance, and business managers at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize a substantial and diverse workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate securities matters, including SEC filings and governance materials.
• Prepare board and committee materials; maintain minute books and director information.
• Draft and manage a broad range of commercial agreements; manage contract systems and renewals.
• Research securities regulations and commercial law developments to support strategy.
• Respond to inquiries from Finance and business partners regarding compliance and contracts.
• Assist in managing outside counsel relationships and budgets.
