Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and a degree or certificate in Paralegal studies. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, along with generous benefits and a hybrid work schedule.

We are currently searching for a Paralegal to provide a full range of support to Litigation and Labor & Employment attorneys in our San Diego office.

In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Apply your exceptional communication skills to facilitate a comprehensive information flow within your team, with other internal colleagues, and with external sources,
• Become an expert in electronic filing systems and a go-to contact for California based filings firm-wide,
• Ensure accurate records and prompt submittal of billable time for yourself and attorneys within your team,
• Become an expert researcher by assisting with discovery requests, and conducting legal and factual investigations,
• Strengthen your skillset as a litigation support professional by preparing exhibits and documentation for depositions, hearings, and trials, and drafting motions, client correspondence, and form documents such as ADR Stipulations, Rule 26(f) reports, and various disclosures; and
• Expand your proficiency in litigation practices by gathering, organizing, and reviewing records and preparing chronologies.

• High attention to detail and strong time management skills to produce quality work product while meeting deadlines,
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government entity,
