Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Paralegal II to support attorneys and contract administrators. The hybrid role combines remote work with in-office training, returning to onsite roughly every 6 weeks.

Responsibilities include legal research, drafting documents, handling discovery, and coordinating subpoenas. Candidates should have paralegal credentials and relevant experience, with a pathway to ABA certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Paralegal studies with 3 years’ paralegal experience.
• ABA approved paralegal program with 3+ years in paralegal functions.
• Five years in paralegal roles also acceptable with ABA certification timing.
• Ability to obtain/maintain ABA paralegal certification within designated timeline.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and contract admins with intermediate to complex tasks.
• Perform legal research and draft documents for discovery and subpoenas.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, demand letters, and discovery demands.
• Manage litigation support vendors and outside counsel calendars.
