Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate routine contracts under attorney supervision.
• Maintain contract management systems and track key terms.
• Assist with corporate governance, entity management, and board materials.
• Support compliance monitoring and regulatory initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel.
• Assist in litigation management and risk documentation.
