ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to partner with department and program stakeholders on controls for project financials, cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. The role emphasizes data management, cost control, and system integrations across large-scale capital projects.

Candidates should have Primavera P6 experience and a strong background in project controls, budgeting and financial reporting, with proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years Primavera P6 experience.
• 5+ years project controls experience.
• Experience developing and driving project controls for large-scale capital projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel dashboards, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement controls to manage project financials and mitigate losses.
• Analyze cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and variances; perform earned value analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for projects.
• Maintain project documentation and logs; ensure proper change control.
• Provide monthly cost/schedule reports to PMs; support project teams with status.
