Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is actively seeking candidates for a Project Controls Analyst/Project Scheduler role in a hybrid setup in Northern California, with travel to client offices. The position focuses on developing and implementing controls for project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Ideal candidates bring Primavera P6 expertise and strong skills in Excel, SAP, Power BI, and Tableau, with 4+ years of project controls experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years Primavera P6 experience.
• 4+ years project controls experience.
• Experience driving controls for large-scale projects.
• Experience managing cost, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement controls to manage project financials and mitigate losses.
• Develop schedules to control cost plans and perform variance & earned value analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data management activities.
• Process project orders from inception to completion with proper documentation.
• Maintain change orders, contingency releases, and journal entries.
• Maintain project documentation and records to meet guidelines.
• Document change orders, status, risks, and resolutions.
• Provide monthly cost/schedule reports and variance analyses to PMs.
• Provide current status reports to project team and comply with policies.
• Analyze monthly financial results and explain key cost drivers to leadership.
• Coordinate with PM to develop schedule and cash-flow plans.
• Monitor progress and manage the PM's order group.
• Experience with SAP Work Management, P6, Excel, Power BI.
