Aon is seeking a Claims Professional I for their Ft. Wayne, IN office, offering a hybrid work model. You will manage property and casualty claims, investigating coverage issues and ensuring compliance with insurer protocols.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to obtain an Indiana adjuster license within 90 days of hire. A competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, along with an extensive benefits package, is offered.

• 2+ years experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Claims.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Indiana adjuster license is needed within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Handle non-litigated property and casualty claims as assigned.
• Investigate, verify and analyze coverage issues.
• Monitor loss and expense reserves within authority level.
• Conduct direct negotiations or mediations as needed.
