Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new sales and nurture existing accounts in a hybrid role with most work performed remotely from Austin, TX, and periodic in-person meetings in San Antonio, TX.

You will identify prospects, understand their needs, demonstrate product value, and build lasting relationships. Travel is required to support customers and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with fire safety and security outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify needs and suggests products/services.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products based on customer needs.
• Maintains customer relationships and resolves post-sale issues.
• Maintains reports of sales activities and territories.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
