Hibu Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions with a hybrid work model that blends home office and in-field activities.

You will build a strong client base, conduct needs assessments, and deliver impactful presentations to help small businesses grow. Year 1 on-target earnings range from $85,000 to $95,000 with potential for higher earnings via uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; Year 2 targets range from $106,000 to $125,000.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Promote Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Present to prospects both virtually and in-person.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
