Job summary

Cybertrol Engineering seeks a talented IT/OT systems professional for a hybrid role based in Minnesota. You will support manufacturing clients with server/network infrastructure, patch onsite facilities, and contribute to OT system deployment and improvements.

You will work with a multi-disciplined team, travel up to 40% for site visits, and help document and optimize automation solutions across the lab and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or IT field or 3+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience with a broad set of IT tools to solve customer problems.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for site visits and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the ideal customer experience.
• Perform onsite network/server patching and lab setup of switches, servers, and storage.
• Manage configuration and commissioning of micro-datacenter hardware and network gear.
• Create site assessment reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Document systems for internal and external audiences.
• Follow and contribute to department standards; participate in company initiatives.
