Job summary

Cybertrol Engineering offers a hybrid role based out of Maple Grove, MN, focusing on OT systems and automation infrastructure for manufacturing customers. You will work across labs and customer sites to configure, patch, and document networks, servers, and data center gear.

The role requires strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel up to 40% to manufacturing facilities and tradeshows in North America. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or 3+ years of professional experience.
• Desire to utilize a wide array of tools and technologies to solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Work within cross-functional teams to deliver the ideal customer experience.
• Perform onsite technology visits patching networks and servers.
• Set up switches, servers, and storage in lab environments.
• Manage configuration and commissioning of micro-datacenter hardware and network equipment.
• Create system documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Support department standards and contribute to company initiatives.
