Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the ideal customer experience.
• Perform onsite visits to patch networks and servers.
• Set up switches, servers, and storage in the lab when not visiting sites.
• Manage configuration and commissioning of micro-datacenter hardware and network equipment.
• Create system documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to the advancement of the department's internal standards.
