The Organizational Effectiveness Internship experience is an 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 24th, 2027, and concludes on August 4th, 2027. This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. CVS Health's hybrid work model provides office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. The hourly rate is $26/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health.
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
The Executive Management Office (EMO) serves as a strategic partner to ACS leadership by supporting the execution of organizational priorities through business operations, change management, communications, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. The team works across functions to drive alignment, improve organizational effectiveness, and help leaders successfully implement strategic initiatives. By partnering with business leaders and stakeholders throughout the organization, the EMO helps manage executive priorities, strengthen communication, support employee engagement, and ensure teams are prepared to navigate change. The team's work plays an important role in improving collaboration, accountability, and business performance across the organization.
