Responsibilities

• Engage with sales to vet renewal and account growth opportunities.
• Analyze account footprint and support quoting and booking with high accuracy.
• Validate order documents upon contract execution.
• Plan and execute account program migrations and renewals.
• Support increased workload during period closes and assist other teams as needed.
• Respond to Field emails about Volume Licensing programs within guidelines.
• Adhere to revenue compliance policies.
