Job summary

Our client in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order experience from inquiry through delivery. The role offers $26/hr on W2 and a long-term contract with on-site Tue/Wed/Thu and remote Mon/Fri after training; training hours 8 AM-5 PM EST, regular hours 9 AM-6 PM EST.

The position requires handling inquiries, order changes, invoicing, pricing, and logistics, while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 1 year customer service, or 3+ years experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with order management, fulfillment, or related operations.
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Hybrid, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and orders from initiation through delivery.
• Process order changes, replacements, returns, credits, and debits.
• Troubleshoot pricing, invoicing, products, and logistics issues.
• Track and analyze customer/order trends; resolve issues.
• Coordinate promotions, process changes, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements and support quality objectives.
• Provide reporting and assistance with special projects.
