Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS-APEX/SOA Developer to join a DoW multi-Agency program. You will analyze requirements, design and develop EBS/R12 solutions, and build APEX-based web applications with RICEFW components.

The role requires DoD-related certifications, U.S. citizenship, and a strong background in Oracle ERP and integration. You will collaborate with architects, functional teams, and CM resources to deliver robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., OCA WebLogic 11g SA, OCI Foundations 2020, Security+ CE) or achieve within 60 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with seven years of Oracle ERP implementation and sustainment experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 (or above) Federal Financial Management for Federal civilian and/or DoW.
• Proficiency in using APEX development tools and features.
• Experience with version control systems like Git for managing APEX code.
• Experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Agile development methodologies, and Oracle EBS RICEFW development.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 process areas: B2R, P2P, CLM, A2R, O2C and others.
• Experience with integration of external systems with Oracle E-Business Suite and legacy systems conversions.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of business/functional requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop technical design documents to meet business/system requirements.
• Lead development of Oracle EBS Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Develop web applications using Oracle APEX including creating forms, reports, charts, and dashboards.
• Customize existing APEX applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Optimize APEX applications for performance, including SQL tuning and efficient use of APEX features.
• Lead design and code review sessions.
• Perform analysis on systems processes to identify and recommend improvements.
• Work with functional analysts to define and develop software enhancements.
• Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution.

The desired candidate will work as a software developer part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team supporting a Department of War (DoW) multi-Agency program. • Experience with integration of external systems with Oracle E-Business Suite and /or legacy systems conversions

Desired:

• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying synchronous/asynchronous BPEL and OSB processes (12c preferred), using JDeveloper
• Experience in using database adapter, file adapter and Oracle Application adapters in Oracle SOA suite
• Experience in SOA and OSB administration using enterprise manager
• Experience in Oracle Advanced Queuing, business events and event-driven architecture
• Experience in Web Service Security, SAML, SSL/TLS, X509 Certificate, PKI
• Experience in SOAP XML, WSDL, XML schema, XSL
• Experience in RESTful services, JSON
• Experience in WebLogic Server, WebLogic Administration, Security setup and OPSS
• JavaScript skills for client-side scripting in APEX applications

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
