Job summary

Yoh Services LLC in Des Moines, IA seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst for a 6-month contract with possible hire. Hybrid: on-site Tue-Thu, remote Mon & Fri. 40 hours/week, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM, OT possible. Must have 1–3 years AP experience and HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities include processing invoices in Oracle, verifying supporting docs, resolving discrepancies with vendors, and generating AP reports. Strong Excel/Word skills and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• High-volume accounts payable experience or related accounting functions.
• HS Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter high volumes of invoices into Oracle.
• Review invoices and supporting docs for accuracy.
• Audit and research items flagged on duplicate payment reports.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily processing goals.
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle incoming mail and distribute documentation.
