Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience working within ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing activities while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support approval workflows and resolve invoice-related issues.
• Research discrepancies, payment inquiries, and vendor account questions to drive timely resolution.
• Assist with payment processing, reporting activities, and other accounting support functions as needed.
