Job summary

Yoh is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a 6-month contract in Des Moines, IA. The role features a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). You will process high volumes of invoices in Oracle, maintain accuracy, and support AP reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience reviewing, entering, and reconciling financial information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter high volumes of invoices into the Oracle Financial System.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
• Audit and research items flagged on the Check Duplicate and Daily Duplicate Payment reports.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily processing and productivity goals.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Handle incoming mail and distribute documentation to appropriate individuals and departments.
• Generate, review, and support AP reporting and data analysis activities as needed.
