Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent, with 3–5+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Operations focal point for assigned programs and product families.
• Translate demand and recovery plans into integrated execution plans with clear actions and owners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution of issues and commitments.
• Monitor program performance and develop recovery plans to minimize customer impact.
• Present program performance, risks, and recovery paths to leadership during reviews.
