• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen in GMP environments.
• Proven lead on improvement initiatives for lead-time, yield, and COGM/COGs.
• Develops and deploys KPIs, dashboards, and metrics frameworks.
• Proficient in data analysis, root-cause analysis, and scenario modeling.
