Big Bold Health is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across customer service, Amazon FBA, wholesale and EDI orders. The role partners with the Director of Operations and senior leadership to ensure efficient processes, strong vendor management, and proactive issue resolution.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical and customer-service oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, customer service management, or supply chain coordination
• DTC/CPG experience preferred
• Experience with order management systems such as NetSuite or Skio preferred
• Familiarity with EDI processes (e.g., SPS Commerce) preferred
• Experience with helpdesk/CRM (Gorgias preferred) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify a plus)
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA operations and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer service operations in Gorgias including tickets, workflows and automations
• Monitor customer service metrics and identify trends to improve experience
• Coordinate Amazon FBA inventory operations and fulfillment
• Place and track purchase orders with vendors and ensure testing per standards
• Manage wholesale and EDI order processing and onboarding of new wholesale accounts
• Track KPIs across customer service, inventory, fulfillment and wholesale functions
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on cross-functional projects and risk management
