SECTR Partners is currently partnered with a PE backed multi-state Ophthalmology & Optometry organization who are seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee their multi-specialty clinics in the Maryland region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of Ophthalmology/Optometry clinics, driving bottom line revenue growth and patient satisfaction.
• Train and support mid level managers and supervisors, fostering a co-operative working environment.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives in line with short and long term goals.
• Improve utilization of specialty and premium programs to drive organic clinic revenue growth.
• Develop and deliver financial reports and forecasts for operational changes.

Requirements:

• Must have either Ophthalmology or Optometry experience, both is preferred.
• Must have a minimum 3 years multi-site clinic Operations experience.
• Must have strong financial credentials and proven experience in financial forecasting and reporting.
• Proven leadership abilities, fostering and growing clinic staff.
