Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, or similar field.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Lean-Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt training required or considered.
• Experience with P&L and financial aspects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale strategic initiatives from ideation to project closure in the North American manufacturing network.
• Align remote stakeholders around common objectives and maintain accountability.
• Develop project plans including scope, resourcing, timing, and budget.
• Monitor and communicate performance status and escalations at all leadership levels.
• Develop countermeasures for missed milestones and expedite issue resolution.
• Foster a collaborative environment to continuously develop employees and ensure long-term stability.
• Realize business benefits and improvements in operational performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, or other comparable field

Advanced degree preferred

PMP certification preferred

Lean-Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt training
