Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex hyperscaler programs across multiple factories.

You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, scheduling, and aftersales teams to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while driving continuous process improvements. The role reports to the VP of Commercial Operations and requires a strong background in cross-functional leadership, project coordination, and global logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of program/project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-budget and on-schedule execution of complex customer programs across multiple facilities and suppliers.
• Manage customer relationships throughout project lifecycle and clarify scope, schedules, and requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
