Qualifications

• Ability to travel 15-25%. Travel schedule will be determined in advance.
• Working knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.
• Leadership (direct or indirect) of interdisciplinary teams to achieve a common goal.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new and innovative, customer inspired solutions.

Responsibilities

• Safer Together (10%): Ensures rigorous compliance with safety procedures and OC corporate policies.
• Customer & Product Focus (60%): Translates customer needs into measurable manufacturing and testing specifications; conducts market and product health reviews; drives quality improvements.
• Project Leadership (30%): Leads product qualification for changes, manages project data in VelOCity, and develops cost/performance strategies with plant leaders.
