- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, business, or related field; MBA a plus
- 5+ years in IT strategy, digital transformation, or innovation management
- Strategic & analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong TPM understanding and cross-functional leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead PoC, POV, and pilot projects to validate new digital tools
- Build business cases quantifying financial value and success metrics
- Define end-to-end innovation work processes and roadmaps
- Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications across GIS, CoE, S&T and operations
