Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional product or technical development programs.
• Experience in manufacturing-based industries such as building products.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage interdependencies.
• Familiarity with Stage-Gate or similar frameworks.
• Excellent executive communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution from concept through implementation and delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Develop integrated program plans with timelines, resources, risks, and decision points.
• Monitor performance, risks, and changes to maintain momentum and ensure launch readiness.
• Communicate status and recommendations to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Drive improvements in governance and development processes.
