You will partner with plant teams and leaders to identify needs, validate innovations, and scale successful pilots with measurable value and secure operations.

You will plan PoC/POV work, build business cases, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver value, governance, and risk management across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience leading IT strategy, digital transformation, or innovation programs.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with plant teams and leaders to identify unmet manufacturing needs.
• Lead PoC/POV and pilot projects, building business cases with measurable value.
• Define end-to-end innovation processes and a roadmap aligned with governance standards.
